Invoice Watch

This is a background agent. It has no user-facing UI — it runs on a schedule, polling Gmail for invoice-related emails and maintaining Google Calendar reminders for anything unpaid and due soon or overdue.

Webhook endpoint: /api/matagi/events (signed, schedule-triggered only).
